I have struggled with hip and knee pain that was exacerbated with exercise. Having been a college athlete my knees and hips are a bit worn out! The pain in my hip was so severe I was no longer able to do many of the exercises prescribed in the workouts. The pain and discomfort was also affecting my daily activities like walking up stairs and sleeping.
I started working with Nicole once a week. She was able to isolate the areas of concern. She knows her stuff. Once the problems were identified she went to work to help alleviate the pain and help my body heal. She also gave me exercises and stretches I was able to do on my own which i feel was a tremendous help in my healing process.
After several weeks of working with Nicole I was able to move better and the pain was essentially gone. I am now able to use the tools she gave me to keep my hips and knees more mobile and pain free. I am able to squat, dead lift and use those muscles that were limiting me before I worked with Nicole.
